40 – Internal Campus Licensees

Have you ever wondered how Auburn’s individual colleges and schools, campus departments, student organizations or alumni clubs order officially licensed Auburn apparel or promotional products for their group or events? Auburn’s Office of Trademark Management & Licensing has a group of 20 apparel companies and 15 promotional product companies that were specially selected through an RFP process to supply those needs. If a group needs to order product, they start by filling out a Trademark Use Request Form. Once receiving preliminary approval, the requestor receives a link to request quotes or contact licensees directly to work on their order. The licensee submits final artwork to the licensing office for formal approval.
