The weather is going to be BEAUTIFUL this weekend so it’s the perfect time to fire up the grill for game day! Here’s another fun at-home tailgate idea in partnership with @auloveitshowit!
A build-your-own grilled pizza bar is fun, easy, and allows friends and family to get creative. It’s the perfect at-home tailgate activity! I’ve posted a few tips for grilled pizzas in my stories!
The possibilities for toppings are endless! I used naan for the crust because it’s the perfect size for personal pizza! Here are a few ideas for the pizzas I made this time:
GRILLED CHICKEN PESTO – pesto, sautéed mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, grilled chicken, and goat cheese – top with arugula after grilling
BBQ CHICKEN – barbecue sauce, smoked gouda, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and grilled chicken
SUPREME – red sauce, mozzarella, green bell peppers, sautéed mushrooms, onion, pepperoni, Canadian bacon
Serve the pizzas with a simple salad – this one is spring mix, fresh mint, and fresh basil with a lemon vinaigrette! For dessert, a fruit pizza is as pretty as it is delicious! Wherever you are watching football this weekend, get creative and enjoy!
