From Francie Kaufman, @fairwayfinds:

Looking to serve a great tailgate meal at home but don’t have time to make a full spread? Or are you in a tailgate time crunch and need to pull something together quickly?! No problem-I’ve got some ideas for you!

This tailgate came together in NO TIME with the help of a sandwich assortment tray from an Auburn classic and favorite, @mommagoldbergs! We’re lucky to have a location here in Birmingham! I placed an order for a sandwich tray (any Momma’s Love fans out there?!), made an easy dessert, a make-at-home version of Momma G’s nachos, clipped flowers from my yard and VOILÀ! The theme this week is work with what you’ve got and make the most of it!

Momma G’s famous nachos are delicious and we love them so much that we served them as the late night food pass at our wedding! You cannot beat the ones made at the restaurant (they are steamed and melted to perfection), but they are best enjoyed immediately. In my stories, I’m sharing how I made a DIY version at home + how I take a box of brownie mix and make it better! I’ve also included a list of restaurants with crowd-pleasing options for tailgating!

Auburn fans, be sure to register your tailgate on the @auloveitshowit website for a chance to win prizes like gift cards to Auburn retailers, prize packs with officially licensed AU gear, goodies from sponsors, and much more!
